DIY Balloon garland - black and gold

Black and gold balloon garland, set contains 60 balloons (48 in pastel black colour and 12 in Glossy gold colour ) and approx. 2.5 m tape for balloon garlands.

Balloons are sold flat packed, un-inflated. Air and helium not included.
