BoxFetti products are hand-picked and sourced from designers all over the world. They are then curated into different themed boxes. We have exclusive rights to many of the products, so you won’t see them anywhere else in the UAE. That’s what makes them so unique!
Can I order more quantities than what comes in the box?
Definitely! Feel free to add items to your cart in order to accommodate your guest numbers.
Can I suggest a theme if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
Sure! We love feedback and suggestions. We can’t promise that we can source every item requested, but we will definitely take your feedback into consideration. Please write to us at hello@boxfetti.ae.
The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
We try to anticipate demand as much as possible, however, if we do run out of the product you want, email us at hello@boxfetti.ae and we will let you know when it's expected to be back in stock.

How much is delivery?
Our standard shipping cost is AED 20 for any UAE location, and we offer free shipping for deliveries over AED 250!
How long will it take to receive my item?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered within two working days.
*Please note: we do not deliver on Sundays, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday or before 3pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be delivered on Mondays.
Do you deliver to other Emirates besides Dubai?
Yes! We deliver across every emirate in the UAE.
Do you ship internationally?
We now offer worldwide and GCC shipping, delivery costs vary depending on location and the size of your order. These will be calculated during checkout.
I’ve Ordered A BoxFetti DIY Balloon Arch Kit – Will Someone Make It For Me?
Our Balloon Arch Kits have been created for you to make at home – they come with full instructions and are easy to put together – all you need is a pump and a little time! Want us to do it for you? No problem! Take a look at our other options including Grab and Go and Balloon Installations.
While we might love the sunshine here in the UAE, your balloons won’t. Over exposure to sun or heat can cause them to fade, oxidize or pop. Cold weather can affect helium balloons (a little science lesson: helium floats because it is thinner than air – but when it gets cold, it becomes dense and heavier than air so your balloons can shrivel and sink).
And as for wind? We can’t guarantee that your balloons won’t fly away on a windy day even if they are weighted – Mother Nature is more powerful.
Please be aware that if you have ordered our Inflated Foil Balloons, they may look a little less full than you’d expect. Once delivered and at room temperature, the helium inside will expand (you might hear popping noises) and the balloon will be as it should. The same is true if you have moved your foil balloons from a warm area to a cold place – simply move them back and they’ll look full again!
Please note, some balloons can only be filled with air due to their small size and are not designed for helium so make sure to read product descriptions clearly.
How do I dispose of my balloons?Foil balloons
Mylar balloons, also known as foil balloons, are made from nylon with a metallic coating. As they’re made from synthetic materials, they can be recycled but are sadly not biodegradable and will stay in landfill forever. Our tip? Save them to be re-inflated – because while they’re fragile, it’s easy to press out the helium and keep them flat until you next want to inflate them!
Can I return my items?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your products and would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@boxfetti.ae with your reason for return.
In order for the return to be accepted, you must notify us of the return within 30 days of receiving the product and the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
I’ve returned my items. When can I expect my refund?
Once we confirm your return has been received, refunds will be processed through your original mode of payment within 1-3 business days.
