Can I return my items?
Yes, if you are not completely happy with your products and would like to make a return please contact us at hello@boxfetti.ae. It would be helpful to mention the reason why you're wanting to return the items, so we can make sure this isn't a recurring issue.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, so if you're not in love with it please let us know ASAP to make sure we sort it out for you. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
There is a charge of AED 20 if Boxfetti.ae arrange a courier collection of a returned item from Dubai and AED 30 from all other Emirates.
You may return any unused items directly to our warehouse free of charge.
Returned items from outside of the UAE must be arranged by the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on any sale or discounted purchases.
I’ve returned my items. When can I expect my refund?
Once your return has been received, we will process the refund which can take between 1-3 business days and will be paid back to your original payment method.
