What you will need:

• Mini powdered donuts
• Gummy rings
• M&M’s, Smarties or Skittles
• Icing 

What you need to do:

• Place the donuts on a plate
• Apply a small amount of icing to the donut
• Position the gummy ring on top of the donut
• Apply another small amount of icing to the gummy ring
• Position your M&M’s (or sweet of choice) on the gummy ring
• Serve!
